FêteFone is a unique audio guestbook that lets guests at your wedding or other special event send wishes with the sound of their voice.

In rare circumstances (e.g., if your FêteFone style is damaged at a prior event and we can’t secure a replacement in time), it’s possible that the particular style of FêteFone you ordered may become unavailable. In that unlikely event, we will contact you as soon as possible to substitute a similar FêteFone (with a courtesy credit) or cancel and refund your order entirely, whichever you prefer.

Decryption keys are stored on separate machines, preventing the mechanisms for storing, decrypting and transmitting card numbers from interacting directly with any of the primary services on our website.

We are not responsible, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, for any damages or other losses incurred if you connect your FêteFone to any such system, as well as for any other damages or losses caused by the improper use of your FêteFone.

FêteFone is meant for indoor use only and should not be operated near water or any similar fluid. Read the setup instructions in their entirely before using your FêteFone. You should not work with FêteFone during periods of lightening activity. Do not touch any wires at the end of any cables or sockets.
