Can I cancel or edit my order after I have placed it?

Event planning can be a tricky endeavor. Maybe you changed the style of your event and found a new FêteFone style that is a better fit. Maybe you are moving and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Whatever the situation, we will always do our best to help you change or cancel your order at any point before it ships.

Should you need to make a change to an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us by phone, chat, or email and we will be happy to help. Please keep in mind that most orders placed through the website will ship the same day or the next day, so contact us right away.

If your order has already shipped, we can arrange for an exchange or return once it has arrived to you. Please contact us directly to begin the return or exchange process.
